At this moment we are looking for a Service delivery manager!
TASKS
The Service Delivery Manager operates as the SPOC (Single Point of Contact) for their clients, for both the IAM team and the SOC team.
- You are responsible for contract management for your clients.
- You handle the reporting of the services provided to the client based on the Service Level Agreements.
- You maintain the SLA and communicate about it to the teams according to agreed procedures.
- You closely follow incidents and changes, ensure escalations of high-priority issues, and communicate with the client.
- You monitor the budget and costs, ensure correct invoicing of the provided services, and take initiatives to improve efficiency.
- You inventory client needs and translate them into technical solutions with the team.
PROFILE
- Ideally, you have a Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in an ICT field; but high thinking, learning, and reasoning abilities are equally good.
- Affinity with and interest in IT are a must; as well as a minimum of 5 years of experience in ‘Service Management’. Experience with ‘security services’ is obviously a plus.
- Knowledge of ITIL methodology and processes is an absolute advantage.
- You are strong in setting up effective reporting and can explain it clearly. You also have excellent communication skills.
- Customer orientation | entrepreneurship | ability to work independently | result orientation; are basic competencies.
- You are proficient in Dutch, French, and English.
