MISSION
Guide our clients on their Identity and Access Management (IAM) journey.
TASKS
- Analyze the existing digital identity processes for our clients through interactive workshops with various stakeholders.
- Identify our client’s challenges and translate them to functional and non-functional requirements.
- Evaluate and redesign digital identity processes for efficiency, leveraging IAM solution capabilities
- Co-create client-specific IAM vision, cost-benefit analysis and roadmap in collaboration with one of our IAM architects.
- Supported by one of our IAM architects, determine matching IAM solutions for client.
- Present IAM vision, cost-benefit analysis and roadmap to our client stakeholders and management.
- Provide independent assistance to our clients in selecting matching IAM solutions.
